Yellow Star restaurant is located on the south side of Harvey, just past the pedestrian bridge, in the Landmark District. Vietnamese food is fresh and delicious. Plenty of lunch options. We love the fresh rolls to start of any of the entrees. Recommend for takeaway or eat in.

The food was exceptional and service was great. Granted it was 10:30 pm on a Thursday, regardless I am not a big fan of Moxie's due to the lack of good service and shortness for pride in the food. Today I had zero complaints. Thank you Moxie's... well done !!

Our family loves East Indian food and we have been here at least a dozen times in the past year and a half. This is saying a lot as we don't live in Penticton, and we have a young family! The food here is amazing every time. Perfectly seasoned and so deliciously fresh. My husband is on his way home with takeout right now and WE CAN HARDLY WAIT TO EAT! Best Indian food in the Okanagan for sure.

There were 18 of us for a family birthday party, and included 3 very young children. The staff was very friendly and offered information and suggestions to help us with our food choices. Everyone's meal was excellent and the kids were entertained with their colouring placemats. This is the third time this large group has celebrated a birthday here and we keep going back. If we can't get a reservation on the day of the birthday, we postpone until we can.
We have also been several times as small family groups of 3 or 4, or as couples. We've been during the week and on weekends. It never matters when, the service, the food, the ambiance is always perfect.
This is absolutely the best restaurant in Penticton.

Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. Spend your money here its worth every penny.

First off I will say, great food!! Was my first time at a Carl's jr, and my expectations were high with all the talk I've been hearing. And i was shocked! I've NEVER had customer service like that before at a fast food restaurant EVER!! Was an absolute pleasure! They came over and asked us if we needed anything else and how the food was and if we
needed ANYTHING to let them know all with smiling faces!! Will definitely be going back!! Very happy with my experience!

My fiancé and I were in there tonight for our fourth year anniversary. Everyone made us feel welcome and special. The service from everyone was really nice. The food was absolutely delicious. Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.
