Sid explained clearly the many options that he could make available to us. He gave us a written estimate of three options based on a 30, 40 and 50 year warrantee and outlined the benefits of each. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails. Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts.
