After a falling out with our local Honda dealer, we drove to Lethbridge McFadden and had a great experience. No surprise charges (block heater, floor mats, etc), vehicle was ready to go with some small gifts inside.
Great dealership, only problem is we had to drive an hour and a half to get the service and courtesy we couldn't get locally.

My husband and I went to Lethbridge Mitsubishi after a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hyundai. Rick (General Sales Manager) greeted us like old friends the minute we entered the dealership. Rick, Gerry, and the entire crew at Mitsubishi were fantastic and we found a great vehicle at a terrific price. They were professional, extremely helpful, and very accommodating! Absolutely the best auto repair and maintenance shop in all of Lethbridge! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I went in today because my check engine light was on and within a few short minutes, April had put my mind at ease. They are honest and will not get you to have services done that are not necessary. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have great respect for this shop. Tommy is loathe to fix things unless he is sure that it needs to be done. He has done many free inspections of cars/trucks I have looked at for purchase. In one case, he identified a vehicle that had been in a serious front end crash and accurately listed all of the repairs that had been performed. But what I like most about this place is that they have taught me lots about cars and their maintenance.
