I am not sure what the problem is with Acslater's review above but it is VERY FAR from being accurate or the truth. No disrespect but I am sure they will not miss one person's business because these guys are extremely friendly, very professional, have fair pricing, knowledgeable and are very honest. Very honest place, friendly and this is the place you should bring cars and trucks to have it repaired. Reasonable price and often have complimentary drop/pick up while vehicle in repair. Busy place so it takes time to make an appointment.

Drove from brampton to a dinosaur drive thru park in peterborough and after stopping at a store car wouldnt start eneded up going to Peterborough auto maintenance & repair and the staff was super nice and he really helped me out. Added oil to my car, was completely out of oil!!! Really Professional and honest. Would recommand this place. I will never forget the service from the kind mechanics over at this place. Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! The guys at this Midas shop were really great, they did everything really fast when I needed my entire muffler line replaced. When they quoted me I was as usual not thrilled about the price but gave them the go ahead for the repairs anyway. 20 minutes later I received another phone call from one of their staff saying that they found the parts from another supplier. Saved me $200.

I loved taking my car in to Danny's garage, everyone working there was so friendly. I only lived a few blocks away but I still thought it was very nice that they offered to drop me off at my house a few times. AND when my muffler pipe was falling off but still attached he recommended me to take it to a muffler place instead because they would have had tools to repair(bend it back into place and weld it on) it instead of just replace it like he would have had to do.

we bought our vehicle there at a very reasonable price and was very happy with the overall experience. unfortunately it broke down a week past the expiration of the warranty which was 50/50. we decided to call them anyway to see if there was anything they could do(expecting a small discount) well not only did these guys lend us their loner car wile it was being fixed but they fixed it free of charge!!
I would recommend woods auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good.
