I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The service department was awesome!!!! Shuttled me home and back. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe and staff.

My experience buying an RVR was awesome. After visiting 4 other dealerships Vickar Mitsubishi was a really enjoyable. I felt no pressure and actually took a week to make my mind up. It was great experience, everything was up front with all our questions and was delightful to deal with. The day we pick up our Mitsubishi was also great. Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. The people there are really nice and I know it is a real pain for them and they don’t get anything out of it. A big thank you to them!!!!
