We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back. Lire plus

Shane and his crew renovated our whole kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! They did amazing work and were very reliable and professional, yet lots of fun too! We took in a pressure washer during the busy spring season. They were honest about there being a long wait as they had so many jobs ahead of us. Always a good sign I think, to see a business with so many people wanting to use them. Did a great job, machine runs like new, the cost was much more reasonable than we expected and they managed to get it done a bit quicker than we were told. Highly recommend! Lire plus
