When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.

Best service I've got in a long time.Honest and fair. Because he was behind a little with another car my pick up time got moved ahead by 2 hours. He apologized and offered to bring my car to me. I told him that was not necessary but appreciated the offer. I know he felt bad about it. Will not think twice about going to him again.Will also recommend his garage to everyone I know. Brought my Car in to have wiring issues fixed from a previous installation from a friend of a door popper that fried my door popper wires, speaker wires and back lights. The guys fixed all my issues and showed me what was wrong the first time and put in more fuses to stop any similar issue happening again.
If you want things done right, take your car here. Pricing was fair and worth the peace of mind.

Can not say enough good things about VIP Autocare.
I had to repaint 50% of my vehicle and had some rust spots to get ahead of as well and wanted to get this all done at once and picked up my car today and it looks brand new! VIP came highly recommended by my mechanic and I am so happy I brought my car here!
Some rust was accumulating on my rear lights on my hatch back and also had some damage on my bumper and a scrape that ran the length of one side of my car that I really wanted repaired.

Excellent Service , He make priority based repair. I called to fix my air pressure on tire. He fixed it withing 10 minutes after I drove my car to his garage. I didnt have to wait in line for hours and hours. I always take my vehicle to his garage for last 15 years.

Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.
