The took extreme care in understanding his concerns and provided sound advice how best to move forward. It resulted in my father being very happy with the solution and he is able to smile snd wear his denture with confidence. I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. My new default camera place!

Was able to checkin online with my smartphone. I was given an appointment two hours from the time I checked in but didn't have to go sit in the waiting room until my appointment time. Fantastic service! Wish all walkin clinics had this. Dr. Judy was great, too. Very knowledgeable and professional.

What can I say I about Dr. Rocco and his staff, they treat you with the upmost respect, always courteous and kind. I just go there for the laughs, such a casual atmosphere and that Dr. Rooci is quite a card.

Very quick for the amount of people ahead of me. And extremely friendly and professional. Makes having the 2nd worst medical procedure I dislike (dental 1st ?) so much more doable... thank you to the staff for making this a much better experience than other labs. The tech that I had was super sweet, soft spoken and easy on the eye's ? think her name was Eva? Tiny blonde.... ask for her!
