Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. If you want quality Dilawri is the place to go.

She is aware of my spine issues and makes sure that I am comfortable in the chair. She is professional and thorough and the whole experience is very pleasant. After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.
