T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.

Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!

We were looking to change our old wood doors. Had multiple quotes for replacement.By far best price we could find. The guys who came out were very nice. They were here for about 3 hours and were finished with the old doors hauled away.Very impressed, Love my new doors :-)

They have a wonderful selection for a small town. Prices for some things are a little high but their gunsmithing is second to none! I have had 3 guns repaired by Greg and every one was a reasonable price and done while I waited.

Ron and his team went out of their way to accommodate our mom when she moved from High Level to Valleyview. They had great communication with us, honest and upfront; they treated us like family. The driver was great and professional when it come to handling all the household items. They were on time, even though the weather was scary; end of November move. This company defines excellent customer service. They demonstrated consideration and care in providing service. My son needed to get to Slave Lake to pick up his vehicle which had been stolen. The company representative Bonnie assisted in coordinating the connection from the Edmonton airport to the Continental Inn connection. They were prepared to wait 5 - 10 minutes in the event the cab ride from the airport was delayed. However, the service went beyond normal expectations in that Bonnie contacted myself to inform me that my son was successful in catching the bus to Slave Lake.
The customer care demonstrated a very high standard which is a rare find. Many thanks!

On Nov. 26 my husband skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck. He was towed to KTS Truck Repair. Steven Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful. He stored the Uhaul being towed in his shop and gave my husband a ride to the motel. My opinion on Shoppers - Their products are good quality, affordable, in stock, I'm always happy with the items I buy. What I can say about this particular store, is that they have the most wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. I am there every morning picking up medication among other things.1 yr ago I was relieved by how the pharmacy team were friendly, despite seeing all my medications. They never treated me like an addict. I could not be more grateful for the staff at Shoppers Fort street.

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again.
