James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

It is never easy to feel fully comfortable at the dentist. At Collins Bay Dental however, you can always feel good because of the wonderful treatment you get, the smiles on the faces of the staff, and the gentle hands that are handling your teeth. I have been to many dental clinics, and I personally ran one in my prime, but Dr. Gibrayel's clinic stands out among all. Everyone is so friendly and so accommodating. The staff members are so knowledgeable and they take the time to explain everything

I have gone there about 8 times now and i have been treated like royalty.
They offer water before even asking if I have an appointment. As well, I never have an appointment because I'm never sure when I'll be available but they always seem to have the time to fit me in on extremely short notice. Both Alister and Chelcea have been my stylists and they have always done an amazing job! I have recomended this place to many of my friends. Also they have a great estitision that does my eyebrow anytime i need them and she is super gentle!
All in all, this place is A-1

Ken treats all his clients with the same care & respect regardless of the size of the job. I know this because it took me 2yrs to find a concrete finisher to even come on-site to give me a quote. He has the experience to guide you through the obstacles of obtaining permits. Ken handled the unforeseeable surprises that came up during demolition with professionalism, always keeping the desired end goal in mind. I will 100% call on him again for any future work. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!! My daughter & I have very much enjoyed our 2 visits to Reflections. The ladies are warm & friendly. They have a steady stream of regular customers who are welcomed like visiting friends. It’s just lovely!
Shiraz did our mani/pedis, facials & hair. She has a gentle way about her that makes being pampered a truly relaxing experience. Shiraz is a special lady. I’m so happy that she was able to provide services for us. I’d highly recommend her.

The staff is very good. They really care about the patients. It's sometimes hard to get in for an appointment with wait times on average 2 weeks. But if possible they do their best to squeeze you in much sooner if not the same day. They have a wide variety of activities going on in the center every day. It makes the place seem friendlier. This also allows for everyone to get involved. The programs for kids are excellent!!!!! Good work NKHC STAFF AND DOCTORS!

I have only been there once so far but must say it is such a relaxing feeling there that it removes any apprehension you may incur. The people are wonderful. Cathy really explains thoroughly what would work best and leaves the choices up to you.
The only enhancement I can see that could be made is if they had a finance program available as do some other skin care businesses in the area. I think business would double. Just a thought!!
