I have been going to valentino's for about the last 7 years.
The colourists and stylists are fantastic and always up to date on the latest hair trends and products. Even though the salon has grown a lot over the last few years it's been for the better.
The online appointment tool is handy to book well in advance, however sometimes I find it's easier just to call to get a particular stylist on short notice.

Best cut in Lindsay! I would not hesitate to recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a top notch style and cut. I have been getting “wash’s wear” perms every 3 months here for years now and my hair continues to be in excellent condition! I just left this salon and am a very satisfied customer. My cousin recommended it and before I went, I read the only other two negative reviews. This normally would have detered me from going, but my cousin convinced me she has never had a problem. I'm grateful I didn't listen to the reviews as I got a wash, cut and style and this is the first time in my 45 years that I didn't put my hair in a ponytail after leaving and going home and styling my hair myself! This salon is very clean, friendly staff and professional. I will be going back regularly and have found a new hairdresser in Steve, who listened to what I wanted, had easy great conversation with, and left me and my hair feeling great! Thank you to an excellent job! Anyone looking for a new place to get their hair done? I would highly recommend.

I haven't had the best results from my last few salon visits so I decided to try something new. A girl in one of my classes told me her stylist always had new trendy things to try with her and always loved the results. She was right! I found the plaza easily... right off the highway!... and everyone welcomed me as soon as I stepped through the door. I was surprised how nice my hair felt after.. usually it feels dry and crispy after a dye and high lights but it still feels and looks great! I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!

Excellent customer service and style! I went in with a botched hair cut and they were not only able to fix it but make it look Awesome! The atmosphere and personalities of the staff are also a great mix to the experience. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!

I HATE having my hair cut. I could care less about it and it's always a pain to get...until I went here. Not only did I have a fantastic conversation (been back 3 times now!) But had an excellent cut. They listened when I said I'd like to try a change and offered a sensible option. Tried it. Love it. Never had so many compliments. All of them are wonderful. I will continue to return regularly. It's a NO APPOINTMENT place so if you have to wait? That's just what it is. Don't take it out on them. They are always working hard when I get there AND treating customers very well!

I attended an appointment at Opus Glow Concept Spa in Whitby on Saturday April 27. The experience was by far the best spa experience of my life. I have previously worked in the Salon and Spa business for 17 years, and have visted many Spa's as a client over the years, and none can compare to or come close to the service and attention to detail that I experienced at this spa. My Esthetician's name is Sandra and she was so very professional and efficient while being informative, friendly and warm during all my services. If you want a true spa experience with a peaceful zen atmosphere, and a healthy natural approach to skin and beauty, then this is the Spa for you. Outstanding. Three and a half hours of bliss. I will never attend another spa, this is the spa for me, and only minutes from my home and office.

I have been to many spas before but this one was different. The moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. My day started upstairs in the spa. I had a hot stone massage. It was great. I then had a facial, followed by a pedicure and then a manicure. My treatments were by far the best I had ever experienced. I was then brought back down to the main floor where my stylist did my hair. She was great. She knew exactly the look I wanted. It was the first time I didn't feel like I had to go home and redo my hair.
I can't wait to go back and do it all again.

This is an amazing salon with a friendly knowledgeable team of women who know how to cut hair! Meg saved me with a quick appointment next day and made me go from a previously done bad cut (by someone else) to a beautiful cut that I got a TON of compliments on. She is now my new (and only) stylist!
