West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. This is a great place to get used auto parts at a fair price! The guy is very pleasant with lots of selection, the cars are numbered & well organized with enough space between them, there's not a bunch of trip hazards everywhere like most places and they even laid down gravel so it's easy to dig down & get a jack under it & not muddy all the time... it's honestly my favourite place to get auto parts. Give them a call because they have a large selection.

We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!
