Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. Hamid was a great help to my daughter last year in grade 11 accounting course. He worked really hard to help my daughter grasp the key accounting concepts. He was always available to offer one-on-one session and reply to my daughter's emails and messages when she needed help outside their sessions. I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

Dr. Laurie McGlaughin has truly put her time an dedication into successfully making me have a full recovery to play again for this up coming season. Kevin was very helpful with selecting the right futon frame and mattress for my needs.

I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. Jaya called me the next day and since has been available for questions and encouragement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for CPAP treatment.

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.
