On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.

Great customer service made it very quick and easy. Only thing is for your northern cars I find it very unsafe to have all seasons. Paying for a car that makes you very unsafe to drive on the roads is frustrating.

Wonderful experience at the auto repair on Dec 12, 2024, was passing through from out of town, had an electrical glitch in new 2024 Chevy Suburban tire sensor. They got me in earlier than I expected (given my predicament perhaps?), regardless, got me in 1 and 1/2 hr early, and, on the road again in 1/2 hr. Faulty tire pressure sensor! Great Work guys, human compassion exists!!

After several tries at different shops on Jan 30 2018, Mark at the Canadian Tire was willing to help me with the company sprinter. The truck had a no start issue. He helped me get the truck towed to his shop where Mark and his team of auto pros went at it and got the truck back in running shape. They also allowed me to park the truck in their shop over the night. Just to be sure it would run in the morn. A great service dept and they went above the call to help me out. Now that’s service
