I bought and traded in a vehicle with this dealership. They went above and beyond out there way to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was struggling with bad credit issues and a previous purchase from a dealership in Saskatchewan with a extremely high interest rate. They were able to bring my interest rate to a little over half of what I was paying before and taking my vehicle on trade. A year ago, I purchased my very first vehicle from here. And I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

We bought a vehicle in October 2014. We have never been treated like this before at a car dealership. Everyone was pleasent and cheerful. There was no PUSHY ATTITUDE from the salesman. We were actually treated like a person rather than another vehicle sold on the monthly list as at other dealerships. Every car we test drove was washed and impecably clean. When we were there the dealership was very busy and this feat alone was remarkable. Overall it was a wonderful buying experience.
