Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! Again, these guys really know their stuff. I brought my 2006 Land Rover LR3 in because both my rear brake lines were corroded and starting to leak. Kirk and his team repaired both lines, did a brake fluid flush, and inspected all my flexible brake hoses to make sure they were in good shape. All this for a fair price. I’m back on the road again with piece of mind for the safety of my vehicle. Thanks Kirk.

Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. We rented a car to drive one-way from Calgary to Vancouver. It was cheaper to use this Enterprise location than the airports. The staff was friendly, helpful and fast to get us in our car and on the road. The Dodge Charger performed perfectly and was very comfortable. Return in Vancouver was simple.

A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.

I had spark plugs replaced and an engine oil change on my European car. Steve's Auto also recently changed my transmission oil, serviced all my car's fluids and tire needs. They were able to handle various leaks in the complex ABC system.
The owner was very creative to find a way to fix my broken glove box and that alone saved me over $3000 CAD. Very satisfied with the service.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They know what they are doing.

I was having problems with a starter out of my 1987 HJ60 Land cruiser. It's a 24V 4.0L Diesel Engine, and finding new parts is usually a big hassel.
This guy had my starter looking, and working like new, and had it back to me the next day. Also an 18mo. warranty on the work!
