The staff in parts were amazing. Although I was frustrated after having my brand new 2017 Ford in for the fourth time they made sure my needs were met without any problems. The ladies made sure my frustrations were turned into prompt efficient and above protocol service and the manager made sure to give me a free oil change for my troubles. Thank you Kim

We were visiting Kingston on Sunday when our windsheild was shattered. We called around trying to get a replacement windshield and despite being closed, the owners came in and gave us a temporary fix that would get us home safely. They then sent someone out the following day (we live 3hrs from the store) to replace our windshield. The service we received at Discount Auto Glass was excellent and we would highly recommend them.

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

While you might drive right by this small local shop, if you need your windshield replaced or those old car seats reupholstered, it is well worth checking them out. Not only are their prices reasonable, they will get your job done quickly and efficiently. Upon checking with my car dealer, Dave's received an excellent review. Work was done quickly, taking care to ensure that the windshield was ready before they had me on the road again. Even the toll tag and other stickers were transferred over.

I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!
