I purchased my 2013 Tacoma years ago from High River Toyota and continue to use them for maintenance. The service department employees are top notch, cordial and knowledgable. Most recently, my Tacoma was picked up from my home and I was left with a courtesy car while it was being serviced. My truck was returned the following evening. High River Toyota values both their customers and business and definitely practices the art of gratitude.

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. Yeah it's pretty good I guess. I don't buy much there, but when I do it's always there! I just stocked back up on my window washer fluid, and they have a nice larger variety! They have the blue colored ones, and the green colored ones, maybe a red colored one, who knows? I do know that my windshield is now clean, fresh, and beautiful!

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive.
