Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.

I have been going there for at least 15 years and have never had any significant issue. Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
