I bought a car at Capital Subaru 2 years ago and have had my service work completed there ever since. The buying process was very pleasant; my salesperson was knowledgeable and friendy; and no pressure was exerted at any point. I also found the Business Manager to be easy to work with - at no time did I feel I was being offered something (warranty, accessories, etc) that I didn't require. The service experience since has been consistently pleasant. The work has been completed quickly and competently. Pricing has been fair, and several times I've not been charged for minor adjustments/repairs.

I had been having trouble with a tire that kept going flat on me for a while.. I contacted them and they got me in super fast and check it out for me.
Nice bright and clean waiting room (with free coffee) and super friendly staff!!!
In no time I was back on the road with a repaired tire!!
