Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Very professional and effective at resolving the only real issue on my 6.6 LMM Duramax, the restrictive exhaust system. Now with new software and a very clean exhaust tune, I have dramatically improved horsepower and mileage. Really wish I had gone to Dunbar's Automotive in Vernon sooner as I love my bulletproof GMC Sierra 2500 HD, owned 12 years no problems. My 2004 sti has been serviced at Classified multiple times; every experience being a positive one. They do honest work at affordable pricing. It doesnt matter if you drive a 1991 Toyota Corolla, they are happy to work on it.
My Subaru has been using a classified tune for 3 years, absolutely zero problems. Its a rock solid tune.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately.
