After submitting my first review which was not great, I had a very frank discussion with Shawn Stack, who not once discounted my feelings. This discussion had reinstated my confidence in continuing our business relationship with them. Shawn was very honest and sincere in helping us through our catastrophic financial disaster. Unfortunately the proposal did not work for us, which resulted in our filing for bankruptcy. I wouldn't want anyone else looking after our affairs in this high stress time

We rented a car to drive one-way from Calgary to Vancouver. It was cheaper to use this Enterprise location than the airports. The staff was friendly, helpful and fast to get us in our car and on the road. The Dodge Charger performed perfectly and was very comfortable. Return in Vancouver was simple.

Absolutely Above and Beyond. I have tremendous gratitude to this company and team. All in all, they are professional and efficient. Dustin went above and beyond and got the results the same day for me. The estimate for work to be completed was very fair for the work this company does (where they clearly prioritize safety and customer service), and all deadlines were met with no surprises about timeline or the final price. As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.
