Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. We purchased a villa with a old outdated jetted tub. The tub was in good working order however, the color was a dated yellow/cream color. So we looked for alternatives to give this old outdated tub a face lift! Harry was extremely organized and this crew who performed the work were very professional, punctual and cleaned up after they were done. We are extremely happy with how the tub turned out! Bell provided the most outstanding service I have ever received from any business retailer. They are always very personable, courteous and supportive. Although they encouraged me to transfer to a less expensive plan with a subsidiary company, they still spent over an hour copying my new phone from the old for me. They patiently walked me through the transition with my new phone, knowing I was not technically skilled. I will return to Bell when this phone contract expires. So grateful to Bell! Lire plus
