I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Amazing, awesome work! We had 14 huge evergreen trees that got very dangerous in wind, most of them 3-6 feet from the house and growing through powerline. They worked 1 full day take them all down with unbelievable perfection without a scratch to anything and left all yard and driveway perfectly clean. Incredible experience and wonderful price! We will always use their service whenever we need. Ill tell all my neighbours!
