Okay, I realize that there are not a tonne of public, and for that matter private, courses in the city but you could easily include any of the courses in the 'burbs and still call this the best course. Fraserview was once considered for the PGA tour and would have been used had the city let them lengthen a couple of holes. Oh well, perhaps this keeps this gem of a course a little less busy. Perched high up from the Fraser River you would never know you are smack dab in the middle of a major residential area of the city of Vancouver. Challenging and beautiful this course has another major thing going for it...the green fees. They are so reasonable it is shocking and particularly if you are playing with a junior the rates are very reasonable. The clubhouse is also excellent and offers a wide variety of food and drinks that you can enjoy on the patio while watching players come home on 18...for my money the most challenging hole on the course...but that may be because I lose a ball in the ravine every time I play there! If you are a golfer you HAVE to play Fraserview.

McCleery is nestled in the Southlands of Vancouver and is a fabulous course for a fabulous price. Bounded by tony riding estates and the Fraser River, McCleery is a calm oasis for a relaxing...or in my case not so relaxing...game of golf. The course is rewarding to the accurate golfer and punishing to the not so accurate golfer but in all ways its a lot of fun. If you show up in advance of your tee-time there is a fantastic driving range and the rates at the range are pretty reasonable. If you have time after your round the club house is great and offer a variety of food choices and of course a range of beverages to wash down your food. The patio is great and sitting out there you would never believe you are only 20 minutes from the bustling centre of the city. For a great round of golf at a great price head over to McCleery!

Brought in a used 2007 Audi that I had bought recently - it had been neglected over the years.
They suggested the Gold Package to help bring the car back to life...all I can say is WOW !!
What an amazing transformation - they touched every area of the car and took care of some rather difficult paint chips..can't say enough about the Job they did..it brought more value to the car.
I will definitely be back and would highly recommend their service..

The pruning and thinning service I received was fantastic. My trees look healthier and more balanced now. The crew took their time shaping everything properly instead of rushing through it. They dropped off a 20 tonne load of free wood chips. They followed the instructions exactly. Really appreciate that. They were polite, quick, did no damage and cleaned up before they left. The chips were decent quality. A little bit finely chipped. We have had more than a hundred tonnes of chips dropped off from many different companies. These guys are among the top 3. Good job.

I brought in my old jalopy of a leaf blower/sucker with a broken pull cord. Daria and Tyler helped me get going again and found me some gently used parts at a fraction of the price compared to new instead of pushing for a new sale and were super friendly and knowledgeable while doing so. Instead of waiting 4 weeks they had me off and running in less than an hour. Common sense. Common decency. What a change from the rest of society lately. I wish I had a 6 star rating available.

I noticed the woofer walkers are in today's Richmond newspaper talking about the new gps technology they now using to walk dogs and this is the company I been using for about two and a half years now. it's time I wrote them a great review too. my wife and I work full time. we hired them because our dog Eddy was barking while we are at work. we hired them to take eddy out. It worked and no more complaints from our neighbours anymore. We are most satisfied and happy to recommend them to others.

A veritable cornucopia of eclectic items are sold here. Although they have their basic. stock merchandise, it’s the unusual stuff they bring in from wherever that sparks my interest here. I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. I go and browse the aisles and often scratching my head wondering at the purpose of this or that product...

Richard's restoration work is fantastic. Antique tools, antique methods, antique paper used in restoration. I have used him many times for my 16th and 17th century books.
