Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client.

These guys are truly amazing and they saved my day! I couldnt build a shed on the original spot after talking to the cement guys; the new spot required me to cut down a big branch of an old tree as it was completely in the way of the shed. I already arranged a shed building company to build the shed in a few days. I called almost a dozen arborists on Sunday afternoon, nobody answered their phones except Total Tree Care. They came in next morning to finish the job at a very reasonable rate.

My wife and I purchased a Groupon coupon for a spring cleaning from Green Sweep. All we can say is WOW! No offense to my wife but I've never seen our house so clean - sparkled from top to bottom. Extremely please with speed and quality of work done to remove the very large silver maple form our backyard. The tree had 4 trunks with each standing about 65 to 75 feet tall. They were able to remove the tree in 1 day for a reasonable price where other companies said that it was too big for them to handle.

Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.
