I have been using Ruffsport for over 3 years. Heather and her facilities are absolutely amazing. Her love and care for our dogs is beyond believable. Our Border Collie went to her for board and train out of control and terrorizing out cats. When we got her back she was a different dog. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Called them on a Wednesday, Bryan came to look at the job that evening and then they came on Thursday and cut the tree down, trimmed the other one and cleaned up everything. They are totally awesome. My front yard looks so neat and clean now. Would certainly recommend them to anyone having tree work done. Certainly give them a 5 star rating. Maureen

6 of us went to Memories Restaurant for my birthday celebration. The atmosphere is great, they had a fun trivia game going for those who wanted to participate in the bar/lounge area and the restaurant seating area is open and welcoming. Our server Samantha was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions about our meal choices. Our meals were so wonderful and very flavorful, the taste is something to experience. They go above and beyond with the meals. I cant wait to go back!

Did a great job pruning a sprawling Lotus, taking down a 60 foot, double stump spruce tree and an overgrown cedar tree. Worked safely and cleaned up the yard before they left. Reasonable pricing. Would definely have them back.
