The owner of the company Vittorio is a very, talented and meticulous tradesman, him and his crew were very caring and people. I built a home back in 2003 and these guys were contracted through the builder to do the siding. In 2014 I call them up because a piece of siding has cracked and I don't know how to source the product I need to do the repair. Within hours I get a call, here's how to find the colour code, some suppliers that may stock it, he even offers that if I have trouble he will come take a look and will get me what I need from one of his current suppliers. Prompt service identifying and fixing the problem associated with the furnace quickly. I had another company very recently for the same problem not even looking at the furnace and quoting an absurd fee for work that was not even necessary.I would certainly recommend Bow Valley 24/7 plumbing and heating to anyone.
