I had a lifelong hair-pulling disorder. 18 yrs ago, after many attempts and methods to stop, I stopped for 2 yrs using hypnosis. Unfortunately, I had some dear friends die and went back to hair-pulling, but the hypnotist I worked with had retired. In 2017 I wanted to stop once and for all. The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. We had a flat tire, took it to Mr. Lube + Tires at 664 Commissioner Rd E. in London, Ontario. The manager, Ken, sorted it out for us and refused to charge us, saying it was just a small job (checking the tire and re-seating it onto the rim). All in only 15 minutes. we'd recommend this Mr. Lube + Tires to anyone, unreservedly.

I hired movers for the first time to move from London to downtown Toronto and was very satisfied with my experience with SS&D. My two movers were punctual, courteous and professional. They were very efficient with loading/unloading everything and disassembling/assembling furniture. Everything was wrapped well and handled with care.
