Croft Agencies Ltd is one of the best Strata Management Companies we have ever had. They have been managing our Strata Property for just over a year now and we have seen some major changes in the ways they manage us. We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

After a recommended combination of treatments, my cellulite has totally disappeared!
the staff is very professional, courteous and, most importantly, HONEST!
I also got laser for my under arms and legs. Their laser is the best! after 4 treatments, I hardly have to shave - though I still more treatments to go for the full effect.
I always wanted to do these kinds of treatments but was so scared they wouldn't work or that I would be taken advantage of, I'm so glad I chose this establishment!

We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!
