These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity.
