I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car. Seriously? That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there. just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST. You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located. I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me.
