Blown away by how helpful Dennis Vince from Parts & Service was. I was dealing with a bad key issue. Dennis got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for not just cutting the key but for getting the chip in it re-programmed in spite of the worn key needed as part of the process. Was worried for a minute that the old key wouldnt have been any help since it takes several minutes fiddling with it to get it to turn. Also didnt cost me the arm and leg I thought it would. Thanks

The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.

These people are really professional they make an accurate diagnosis, and the price is reasonable and appropriate. They do not replace things that don't need replacing and do not escalate the price, which is a favorite trick for some other mechanics to take your money. The Panzerottis at Gino's are wonderful. They are baked and huge and you can almost never finish, feel free to take home the leftovers. You decide what you want inside and the sauce in the best part. I always get extra sauce on the side and it is the best sauce I have ever tasted. Unfortunately I never order anything else but the service is always good and the prices are extremely reasonable.
