WORK REPORT ON MY SUITE RENOVATION
I am happy to report on the work done recently to my rental suite by Waterman Construction. David Waterman familiarized himself with this partly below grade suite in my 104 year old house near the Saanich boarder recently, and we decided that the kitchen and bathroom were both overdue to be renovated, and the house was worth the up-grading.
I recommend WC as a hard-working and thoughtful company, since i have had a very satisfactory experience with them.

I stumbled accross Vic's Steakhouse last Friday and was more than happy I did. I was staying in the James Bay area for a week and was surprised that I hadn't heard of this gem from more people!
We sat in the lounge and were served by a bartender who was charismatic and knowledgable. The service was prompt but not rushed, and we were treated to great music by a live band.
I ordered the halibut, as I do not eat meat, and it was done perfectly. Very simple but flavourful at the same time. My companion ordered a steak and said it was one of the best he had experienced in Victoria so far! We shared a home made ice cream sandwich for dessert and at the end I was so full we ended up staying and enjoying the band for another cocktail.
I would reccommend this restaurant to tourists and locals alike and will definitely return!

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

This spa is great!! I'm a regular customer as well as over 10 of my girlfriends. Friendly staff, top of the line products and a great experience. The lady who has written a bad review about this business is absolutely insane and must have a personal issue with one of their staff. I get my hair and nails done regularly and they always provide a job well done. I still have yet to try other services.

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.
