This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

I had trouble with my computer, it was running slow! I called John and he was quick to respond. He fixed the problem and gave me some extra tips on how to take care of my computer. He was friendly and very professional, I would recommend John's services to my friends.

Scott was our DJ and MC at our wedding Sept 1 2018. Scott did alot of help for all entertainment at the wedding. He has great ideas and all my guest loved the dice game!! He did such a good job. Scott rolled with all the punches and was able to help us problem solve. He read the crowd very well and changed the music when he felt like it was needed. After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage. The attendant, David, allowed me to push the car in front of the bay doors for the night. I returned at 8 the next morning where I met Gavin, one of the mechanics at Fort Horseless Carriage.
