We did our due diligence and went to several countertop shops in our area the deciding factor was not just the competitively priced product and the vast array of choice both for the countertop and the tile backsplash but really we like Melanie so much it made sense to bring our business to a good person. Our kitchen looks fabulous and we are over the moon happy with the product. Our countertops were finished on time and installed by competent and polite professionals. Highly Recommend!

The Pharmacist who owns this pharmacy is an absolute professional. He is very knowledgeable as well as friendly & helpful. Elijah does not mind taking the time to explain your prescription, or give you answers to any other questions you may have, and all in a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere! Excellent friendly staff! specifically at this location. Unlike the reviewer below( believe she has the wrong store altogether )The severs remember my orders, including the extra toppings I like , and unlike most of the other subways here in Nanaimo, aren't cheap with the toppings . I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store - usually am there when its busy around lunch, but have also gone late in the evening and although the staff has changed , they also have given good service.

A great place to shop. I love the boutique section where you may purchase higher quality items. I also love the 'Book Nook', right beside the main store, where you can find a lot of excellent books at a fraction of the original cost. Lots of variety & love the staff.
