I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring.
