Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. Great owners. Doing a great job. Had my first complaint today since the store opened. The young man who was cashing on till #1 did a terrible job packing my groceries today April 14th at about 11:30 a.m. Every jar, can ,cartons of milk and cream was laying on its side. No thought put into the packing. To rushed.

Huge thank you to both Roxanne and my mail carrier, currently stuck at home in isolation waiting for my code from EI. Mailbox was broken into and can’t go to the post office to get the new keys. Roxanne quickly came up with a solution to get me my new keys and arranged for my mail to be delivered to my home while I’m in isolation.
