I recently posted a review about the problems I had here. Since then they contacted me, reimbursed what I had paid elsewhere to have it fixed, and offered to help with any future issues. Though I had a problem in the first place, they were quick to address it and followed through with their promise.

Lifemark Physiotherapy Stony Plain gave my husband and I our quality of life back again. My husband, Doug needed back surgery, until Holly, one of the physiotherapists started treating him. Just recently I had a fall and couldn’t get relief from the pain I could barely walk into Lifemark without crying and now I have my life back pain free! Thanks again to Holly and all the staff. We were introduced to Stony Plain Eye Centre during a field trip to their office by my kids' playschool, and have been patients ever since! Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! Highly recommended!
