Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. My experience with Kerrisdale Cameras has been great. We had Richard at the Coquitlam branch and he spent about an hour with us explaining what the Nikon D3500 did. A few weeks later we went back and bought the Nikon. They have a reputation of helping you after you have bought. Plus, they have used equipment at a reasonable price with a 60 day warranty.
