The Nail Lounge & Beauty Bar is very clean and welcoming. A great modern atmosphere. Sometimes I feel rushed when I have treatments done. Communication is a bit frustrating as well. Overall, a great place to have manicures and pedicures. Menu of services and prices that are visible to clients would be beneficial. This has been requested many times, but nothing has happened. Last thing, perhaps a television right above the manicure area with news or music videos would be a good idea.

So warm and friendly! They take their work very seriously and are so kind and personable! Had my nails done by Sarah and they came out better than I could have asked for, my manicure came out so natural and my pedicure came out so vibrant!! Flawless and shiny! They go to great lengths to follow health board laws and everything is so sanitary and clean! I was sent home with the buffers they used on me! This subway location has staff who are extremely friendly and excellent sandwich makers. It is also not unusual for me to come into the restaurant to find all the tables moved out and a member of staff cleaning. I have never seen such a clean subway, what a wonderful experience!!!

We called Rainbow International restoration and a crew came in and did everything for us. Every step was explained and all work was done in a timely manor.

Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! I will definitely call him first thing if we have any plumbing issues in the future!
