I am so happy I found this shop. I came with a heavy duty canvas to repair it concerned it could be to difficult to fix it. They did an excellent job, and as it was promised right on next day.

A hidden gem is tucked into Vernon’s Sun Valley Mall. Unfortunately my glasses snapped at the bridge after a walk in the cold. I was told they can’t be fixed.I happened to be downtown and noticed Gerry‘s sign which said he offered repairs as one of the shop’s services and he was able to provide me with an expert repair. Besides excellent customer service, the shop has a good selection of frames for men, women and children.

We called Matt of DYSYL Tree Removal early Saturday morning of May long weekend with an odd request; to rescue our cat!! She had gone up our tree the day before & was going higher and higher in the wet conditions. He didn't even hesitate with our odd request & said he'd be at our house within the hour. Our basset hound has been going to central valley since he was a pup around 6 years ago. We are happy with the staff and vets and the care they provide to our dog. I like that they follow-up each year as needed (check-up reminders, heartworm pill reminders etc). All and all, seems like a well run and caring clinic.

While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!
