This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one. The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet . Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere. The service could be better though. Lire plus

The customer service we have experienced at Bracko Brothers over the past few years is second to none. Carey and his team are awesome. You never feel rushed to make decisions. They take the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. The quality of their furniture is super. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a great shopping experience! Please let the store manager have access to my comments: On Saturday June 20th/20 I was at your store to purchase two patio chairs. I was helped by a fellow named Robin from the garden centre. The help he gave me was terrific. He put the chairs on a cart, pushed them to my car. The two packages were quite large and would not fit in my car as they were. He took the time to cut open each package and put the chair parts in my trunk and they both fit. He did a fantastic job. Lire plus
