I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!

Car broke down on 401 and had it towed here to have broken water pump fixed. Seemed like a honest auto shop and friendly service.

Love this shop. Very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I went for the first time this year and I will be back. Honest and reliable service. The dealership didn't fix it right but these guys diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

If you need wheel alignment they do the best alignment with their new wheel alignment station. I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 from Mike almost 3 years ago for $8000 with under 100,000 km on it and its still a fantastic little car. I discovered my windshield had a crack a couple days after purchase Mike replaced it for free. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car some day.
