Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

It has been just over a year since I contacted Benji at 4 Pillars. I am grateful I did. in the past year I have been able to stop living pay check to pay check. Pay for my son to tryout for teams to represent BC and travel with him to the camps and games. The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

I had a small job I needed done and noticed their ad saying "no job too small". They came by and did a quote for a reasonable price. No minimum like others I spoke to. The job looks great. Very happy with the workmanship. However he did miss an appointment to install on two separate occasions and had to say I'll be by tomorrow. Even with the delays it was still done in less than a week from the initial call and i am happy with the results. I would recommend this company to others.

Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!

Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!
