The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!

I get my car serviced here - always good work, always helpful e.g. share info., give recommendations but do not up sell. When I walk in, dogs are allowed and are given a treat as they leave. I always find what I want at this store e.g. a holly bush at the garden center when no one else had one.

Tyler repaired my chimney this spring and not only did he a great job,but exceeded my expectations. My experience was positive all around-he was professional in his work,listening&answering my questions and was also very friendly. In my opinion he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied. He is ambitious and genuinely cares to do good work.
