Just wanted to pass along a thank you to the wonderful staff at Action Plus. I had started a list at my desk for tasks for a student to do. On the list was Clean out microwave and Clean boot area. When I came in this morning I noticed a note from our action plus cleaning staff saying that they had cleaned the boot area. We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.

I started going to Beautiful Creations Hair Studio for my treatments last summer because it was close to home and my hair was in desperate need of repair! It was dry, brittle and refusing to grow. But Ann-Marie's treatments and trims started the ball rolling in returning my hair to its healthy state! Within months my hair started to look and feel full, the split-ends were gone and my hair was bouncy and shiny! I had natural hair and although i loved it there was a certain look that I was going for that my hair in its natural state just could not grasp; even though I had tried all the curl activating products that are hot on the market right now. So Ann-Marie suggested texturizing to loosen my curls. But I was skeptical because in my opinion texturizing and perming were the same things; and perm was what damaged my hair in the first place! Besides i'd heard too many horror stories from family and friends who had walked in to other hair salons to get a texturize and walked out with bone straight, thin hair. But Ann-Marie patiently educated me on what texturizing was suppose to do and apparently those horror stories were examples of improper texturizing approaches. So after growing weary with not being able to achieve the look I desired I decided to give Ann-Marie's texturizing approach a try and I was blown away by the results! My hair still had its curls but was easier to manage and I was finally able to use the curl activating gels to obtain the look that I so desired! And the compliments I get are clear indications of success! All I can say is that Ann-Marie knows what she is doing! You may walk in to her salon feeling weary but walk out feeling like a winner! Brian and Terry gave us outstanding service, we don't know what we would have done without them! Just before the ice storm our septic was plugged. They came to the rescue within an hour and a half and pumped our septic tank. It was still plugged internally but Terry spent two full days through ice, sleet and rain to determine the root cause. The second day, the roads
were extremely unsafe but with his perseverance and determination he arrived to finish the job.
