We were two ladies down from Nova Scotia to visit Newfoundland for the first time, walk on passengers on the ferry and had heard about a great band playing at the legion in Port Aux Basques. Don was our taxi driver and he was awesome, said it would be 15 minutes to pick up time, he was there in 10. Fast, courteous service and when I asked how late he would be working he said he would stay until we called. When I did call at 3am, he said I am outside waiting for you. Great Job!! Thank you!!

One of the BEST stores on the island ! Been there several times and every time it has been a positive experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff willing to help with a purchase, local information, directions, where other selections are available. I shall shop there again without any hesitation. I had to get my DeWalt compressor fixed under warranty but couldn’t find my receipt. William went above and beyond dealing with DeWalt to determine by the serial number that it was indeed covered under warranty and continued to deal with them throughout the whole process. Although I’ve thanked you several times already, I just want to say that if it wasn’t for you my compressor would probably still be sitting in their warehouse.

John and his crew are great guys you end up getting more than you pay for and they will work by the hour or by sq ft depending on your renovation. Real good quality workmanship and great prices they took care of all the expenses and emailed me the bill when the job was complete .They took cash and a emt pretty easy to deal with.

I also found the Business Manager to be easy to work with - at no time did I feel I was being offered something (warranty, accessories, etc) that I didn't require. The service experience since has been consistently pleasant. The work has been completed quickly and competently. Pricing has been fair, and several times I've not been charged for minor adjustments/repairs.
