Been here many times since it opened and have found the food being better at times than others, but have always walked out satisfied. I find their Pad Thai really great and can never resist ordering it. The mango salad and fresh rolls are nice light starters. Most recently (Fall 2011) I shared the vegan eggplant dish and pad thai with my dining partner and found them both satisfactory but my dining partner found the eggplant too tender. Overall it's a lovely place with a nice atmosphere. Lire plus

My husband and I both ordered the ham and eggs breakfast, which came with toast, jam, and home fries. The ham wasn't greasy, the scrambled eggs were "real ", and the home fries were piping hot. Kudos to the cook in the kitchen. The coffee was hot, but too strong for my tastes. Charlene, our server, made sure our cups were topped up and that we were satisfied with our meal. Price of coffee is included in the price of breakfast, and if you're there before 11:30 there's a $1 discount per plate. We would definitely go again if we were passing through this area. Lire plus

First the service, our server Nikisha was absolutely top notch and if I might add hilarious. She kept us well entertained and made excellent suggestions. My wife loved this drink she suggested called the white freezie and will return just for that, I was more partial to the steak I had with a garlic cheese crusting along the top it was delicious, cooked perfectly and just the right size along with yam fries and a soup (french onion). The food was hot and came quickly. We really like the suggested flatbread appetizer. The best was this coffee with a chocolate glass and bailey's alongside a delicious warm funnel cake, we will be returning to this restaurant and we will be requesting that server as well. Thanks. I've been to this location of Milestone's many times, and haven't been disappointed - the service is great, the hosts are great (I've been to other locations where the staff are a bit snooty, don't know why). We enjoyed our appetizer and I had a special from their seasonal menu. The dessert (also a new item from their seasonal menu) was great. I am disappointed that they haven't brought back some of their classics, like the white chocolate brownie, as well as with their usual dessert menu, but the food is usually very good. Lire plus

I’ve been eating here for 28 years. It’s the best Chinese food anywhere, the sauces don’t have that sugary thick texture. The food is real, great new dishes try the rainbow chop crystal fold, the chicken sue guy , the chicken with mixed veg and almonds and the Cantonese chow mein. We usually don't order out on big holidays as we know everywhere is crazy busy but we decided to treat ourselves this year and are glad we did. After visiting the Subway closest to me and finding out their lack of safety protocols, I went to this location and was very pleased to find that 2 meter spacing was all marked out, all employees were wearing PPE correctly, and there were shields up protecting the employees and customers. I'm not sure why there is a single poor review here. My husband and I go all the time, and have yet to be even slightly dissapointed. The steak deal is not only one of the best deals in town, but done to perfection and moutwateringly spectacular every time. We've ordered nearly everything on the menu and will continue to do so. As far as the staff, perhaps on one or two occasions a yound girl just isn't well suited for the job...but hey, that's life.Overall the staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to satisfy us. I can't find the Waterloo location on this site but this review is about my experience there. Went on a Wednesday with girlfriends for drinks and nibbles in the bar. The service was awesome and the food was pretty quick and very tasty. We shared spinach dip, antojitoes and nachoes and we were stuffed! I visit this location on a regular basis since I live in the area! First time I visited this location, one of the bartenders asked my name, and remembered it the next time i visited! All of the wait staff are super friendly, and funny! This location has a lot of daily features and drink specials which me and my friends enjoy...Food has always been good, and if there is anything ever wrong or not up to my satisfaction the management and staff make sure it is dealt with so I leave satisfied.
